Your evaluation is both formative and summative with the emphasis on
professional development. The formative evaluation will be enightenment and
understanding. The summative evaluation will be determined at the conclusion
of an observation in which you will teach a lesson using one of the
instructional strategies your group developed. You must score at least 85
points to achieve a satisfactory rating. Scores will be determined as follows:
50 points - Completion of the self-evaluative report
10 points - Evidence of planning for the instructional strategy.
10 points - Evidence of an educationally conducive classroom environment.
10 points - Evidence of a cohesive and engaging lesson delivery utilizing
one of the content literacy strategies.
10 points - Evidence of differentiation for student needs.
10 points - Evidence of selective instruction.
