Recorder Karate
Recorder Karate is a method of teaching recorders to young children. The book that is used has 9 songs that correspond to nine different "belts" like in regular karate. Each time a student passes a song, they get a colored "belt" or string to hang on the end of their recorders. The object, obviously, is to get to the black belt.
1. SCORING RUBRIC - This is how Mr. Giovan determines if you pass a belt/recorder test or not.
2. INTERACTIVE FINGERING CHART - See and hear how each note is played on the recorder
3. LISTEN TO THE SONGS - Use "karate" for the username and "rubric" for the password
4. HELPFUL HINTS - Having trouble? Follow these helpful hints...
