Fundraising Fee

Fundraising Purpose: to provide critical funding for technology and classroom, administrative, and curriculum needs as well as treats and assemblies for the students.

A 2016-2017 Mandatory Fundraising Fee of $200 has been established in an effort to ensure every school family contributes. While we have numerous fundraising opportunities, this year we will track two main fundraisers:

1. Jumbo Jackpot
2. Walk-A-Thon

Money contributed to these two fundraisers will be tracked and tallied after the Walk-A-Thon. These dollars will be attributed (100%) towards your Fundraising Fee. Families who have not raised $200 will be charged the difference through Smart Tuition.

Ongoing Fundraisers

  • Box Tops  Save your Box Tops!  Student Council will run contests throughout the year.  Holy Family receives $0.10 for every Box Top submitted!
  • Cartridges - Place your used ink cartridges in the bin located by the side entrance (Donnelly Avenue).  They will be recycled and this earns money for the school!
  • Dine Out Nights - Join other HFRCS families for at our Dine Out events and earn money for our school while having fun with friends!
  • Giant A+ School Rewards - Make sure you register each year! E-mail us your BONUSCARD number and Giant rewards our school at the end of the year! Contact: Sharon at
  • Scrip - Gift cards can be purchased through Saint Joseph Church Rectory. A percentage of what you spend is credited toward your tuition!
  •  Shoparoo- This free app turns pictures of your everyday shopping receipts into cash donations and sweepstakes entries for our school! Yep, it’s that simple. All you have to do is shop as you normally do, then snap a picure of your receipts with the app! There's no limit to how much money we can raise with Shoparoo - the more supporters, the more we will raise for our school.
