Volunteers

  • SECRET SANTA SHOP SET UP ON DECEMBER 1 to help set up the products in the library starting at 9am for a couple of hours.
  • SECRET SANTA SHOP SALE ON DECEMBER 2 THRU DECEMBER 5 we need help guiding the children with their purchases.  Morning and afternoon shifts are required.
  • CHRISTMAS BAZAAR ON DECEMBER 12, 7pm to 10pm to help with set up thru clean up.
  • GIFTS AND THINGS DELIVERY ON DECEMBER 10 to help distribute products to the students.
  • GIFTS AND THINGS CARNIVAL ON JANUARY 15 this is for children who sold 10 or more things and we need help during the indoor carnival.
  • CANDY BAR SALE ON JANUARY 22 THRU FEBRUARY 8 to help distribute candy bar boxes daily to the students thru out the process.
  • ICE CREAM SOCIAL ON FEBRUARY 12 FROM 6:30PM TO 8:30PM help assist in set up thru clean up.
  • BAKE SALE ON MARCH 14 to help sell the baked goods.
  • GIANNI'S PIZZA PICK UP ON MARCH 17 FROM 3-7PM help distribute to families the product in shifts.  1st 3-5pm and 2nd 5-7pm.
  • EASTER BUNNY HOP ON MARCH 26 6:30pm to 9pm to help with set up thru clean up.
  • FLEA MARKET ON APRIL 24 9am to 3pm to help with set up thru clean up, sell food, sell tickets, etc.
  • FLOWER SALE ON MOTHERS DAY, MAY 9 8:30am to 12:30pm.
  • SPIRIT WEEK IN MONTH OF MAY.  Dates to follow!!!
