When parents are dropping off their children in the morning, please follow the car line. PLEASE do not get out of your car in the middle of the car line. If you need to walk your child into the building please park along the blue fence. If your child is absent, please call the school to notify your child's teacher. An absentee note is required upon the student's return to school.

Late Arrival
Everyone should be aware of the process of entering the parking lot and the school in the morning. Please note that once the students' entrance door has been closed, students who are just arriving are considered late. Mrs. Meyers will check to see that the parking lot line of cars have all dropped off their students and then she will close and lock the door. Students will then have to come to the main entrance, ring the bell and then proceed to the main office to sign in and receive a late pass. All students MUST adhere to this rule.

School and Lunch Fees
Please note that all school and lunch fees will be due on October 3, 2008. The schedule of fees is listed under the "forms/calendars/newsletter" section of this site. Please remember that the lunch fee has nothing to do with your child receiving food! This fee covers the salaries of the lunch monitors who are in charge of the children at lunchtime. The school fees cover the cost of copying and religious materials. Please note that if this fee is not paid on time, your child may not receive a report card when report cards are distributed.

Lunch Monitors Needed
Holy Spirit is in need of lunch monitors to take care of our students at lunch time. The hours are from 11:30am until around 1:00pm. Monitors are paid on a monthly basis. If anyone is interested, please call the school office - 215-389-0715 or you may fill out the form located under "forms/calendars/newsletter" section of this website. Print out the form and send it into school. All monitors must complete a child abuse inquiry form and a criminal background check form (available in the school office.) Also, there is a class regarding child abuse which must be attended (more info at school office.)
