Fall II classwork

Beginning students were working on drawing their own feet using charcoal and newsprint. They were using multiple images of the same foot to create interesting compositions. Art by Rebecca R., grade 6.

Beginners, second level

Our second level beginners experienced the medium of pen and ink. This work,done by Tom C., grade 5, is inspired by vanGogh's Sunflowers.

Fall II Advanced Students discover Pastel

Student have been exploring paper choices when drawing still-life set-ups. This work by Sheila P, grade 7.

Advanced student had the "simple" task of using a paper bag to create an interesting composition. They had to consider lighting, paper choice, positioning/shape. This work by Maria C., Class of '09
