How should students prepare for a test?

Usually by the middle grades, each student has developed a system
that works
for him/her. Some students need more study time to prepare for
tests. These
students will not succeed unless they do some studying every
night. Students
have notes that they can study. They should memorize chapter
vocabulary
definitions and know the people mentioned in the current
chapter. Students
can reread pages that we read in class. Students can summarize
the main
ideas of each section in the textbook. They can work with
another
student "study buddy".
