Hi! I am Mrs. Stasko. This will be my 15th year of teaching first or second grade. My experience includes 8 years of teaching in the Allentown School district. My experience at Parkland includes 4 years at Parkway Manor Elementary and our inaugural year at Jaindl School. One of my favorite things about being a teacher is the opportunity to teach beginning readers how to read. Reading is one of my favorite hobbies, and I love to share my joy of books and reading with children. I think it is very important for first graders to have an amazing experience in first grade. My classroom will be fun and exciting while also being structured and challanging. When I am not teaching, I am a busy wife and mother. I have two sons, Austin and Tyler. Austin is in 7th grade and Tyler is in 4rd grade. Some of the favorite things our family likes to do are play soccer, baseball, basketball, go camping, ride bikes, and swim. We also spend lots of time playing with our 3 year old yellow lab named Buddy. (Sometimes he gets a little naughty! - just like Marley!) I like to spend my free time running, skiing, reading, or taking Buddy for walks. I feel very lucky to be teaching first grade at Jaindl School. Jaindl students and families are hard working and dedicated! Go Grand Champions!
