This site is for students in Mr. Ronzoni's freshman English classes. In
addition to the monthly calendar distributed in class, updates will be
posted here.
Students, use this site if you are absent or if you want to check on
assignments and tests.
Parents, you are encouraged to check this site periodically. Also, you
are always welcome to sit in on your daughter's class. (Of course, your
daughter may not be thrilled with the idea of Mom or Dad sitting in the back
of the room. If you do visit, you may owe her...big time!) Also, be sure to
check out the Class Policy section.
Each student receives a monthly calendar which details homework,
quizzes and tests, and each day's lesson. If a parent would like to have a
copy of the calendar, please have your daughter ask me for one.
Free Tutoring - National Honor Society (NHS) tutors are
available every morning before homeroom in the cafeteria and Wednesdays
after school. The faculty encourages students who need help in
any subject area to take advantage of this free service.
Tests - Students are reminded that if they are absent on the day
of a test or quiz, they must take the test or quiz on the first day back to
school.
Free Word Processing Program - PC World recommends OpenOffice, a
free word processing program/office suite for anyone who does not have a word
processing program. For more information, go to
http://www.openoffice.org/index.html
