Weekly Teacherweb Update
*Congratulations to the Confirmation class!
*Please bring in change for our Penny War!
*If your family is in need of help for Thanksgiving please contact the office
and speak directly to Mrs. Fran Harrigan or Mrs. Lockhart. Your information
will be keep confidential.
*Monday, November 18th we will be changing the way that students are dismissed
at the end of the day. These changes are due to the Route 15 being rerouted to
Thompson Street. We need everyone’s cooperation, understanding, help and
patience with these changes.
*Please make sure to discuss these changes with your child and who ever picks
up your child at dismissal time. Children must be met at the corners for pick
up. Parents may not stand at the school gate or the school door to pick up
*We have Mass on Monday, November 18th. All are welcome to attend.
*Wednesday, November 20th Kindergarten will be hosting a Bake Sale.
*Wednesday, November 27th dismissal is at 12 PM. There is no PM C.A.R.E.S.
*Wednesday, November 27th the First Trimester ends.
*Thursday, November 28th is Thanksgiving. Happy Thanksgiving!
*Friday, November 29th is a school holiday.
*Sunday, December 1st is the 1st Sunday of Advent.
*In the Catholic Church, Advent is a period of preparation, extending over
four Sundays, before Christmas. The word Advent comes from the Latinadvenio,
"to come to," and refers to the coming of Christ.
*Home and School is sponsoring an Original Works Art Project for our students.
Please check your email and your child’s folder for more information.
*Tuition payments are due on the 15th of each month.
*Please remember your obligation, duty and privilege to attend Mass each
*Please participate in the Thanksgiving food drive, Tech Lottery Sale and the
8th grade blanket sale.

Weeks of June 3 and 10, 2013
*Thank you for the sacrifices you make to send your children to Mother of
Divine Grace School.
*Please remember your duty, privilege and obligation to attend Mass each
weekend. The gift of faith is the best gift you can give your child.
*Thank you to everyone for their donations for the Festival. Thank you also
to everyone who has been working on the Festival.
*We have 8AM Mass on Monday, June 3rd.
*End of Year testing is the week of June 3rd. Please refer to the schedule
that was sent home with your child.
*Monday, June 3rd is a noon (12PM) dismissal.
*Tuesday, June 4th is a full day of school, 7:55AM-2:40PM.
*Wednesday, June 5th is a noon (12PM) dismissal.
*Thursday, June 6th is a full day of school, 7:55AM-2:40PM.
*Friday, June 7th is noon (12PM) dismissal.
*Festival is Thursday, June 6th , Friday, June 7th and Saturday, June 8th.
*Monday, June 10th the students in Grades 5-8 have a full day of school,
*Monday, June 10th students in Grades 1-4 are off.
*Tuesday, June 11th the students in Grades 1-4 have a full day of school,
*Tuesday, June 11th students in Grades 5-8 are off.
*Wednesday, June 12th is a noon (12PM) dismissal.
*Wednesday, June 12th is the farwell to the 8th grade at 11AM in Church. All
are welcome to attend.
*Wednesday, June 12th the 8th grade will graduation at 7PM in Church. All are
welcome to attend.
