About The Teacher
I am currently in my eighth year of teaching computer/technology. This is my 6th year of teaching at Our Lady of Consolation and I have never taught a finer group of students! I hope to bring the enthusiasm I have for technology to my students. I am the older of two children. I attended St. Timothy for grade school and then moved on to Father Judge High school for Boys and then Peirce College. I believe that technology is ever changing and in the world today we need to be informed and educated in the latest wave of technology and that is what I hope to give my students. With the help of the students and faculty I hope to make this year a fantastic, fun, and rememberable year for each student.

Mission
Our mission is to enable our students to be active participants in the computer revolution! Our Computer Class program offers bi-weekly computer class instruction for our entire student body, kindergarten through eighth grade, by myself Mr. Hoffman. During computer instruction time, our students begin by learning the basics of computing and advance to learn word processing, building a database, desktop publishing and other meaningful computer applications. Also, our computer lab is used by our subject teachers with their students for research, projects etc. and for other curriculum-based uses.
