It’s “Shaw Time” once again! For our students and parents who have never heard of the Shaw Tournament, it is a 64-team basketball tournament, named after a parishioner who was a dedicated volunteer, that we run each February. It is BY FAR our biggest fundraiser, in addition to being a truly fun social event for our students!!!

This year we are doing things a little different. Instead of running this for 10 straight days, we will run it over 3 weekends starting on February 12th.

Attached please find our sponsor forms if you or anyone you know may be interested in placing an ad to promote their business, or to give a fun “shout out” to a family member who may play or cheer in the tournament (the kids LOVE that). Anyone who places a $100 full page ad will also receive a 3’x3’ banner in the gym for the duration of the tournament! We ask that you PLEASE not wait until the last minute to place these ads. Get started now! J

We also offer wonderful door prizes and are always grateful for anyone who may be able to donate a door prize. If you have any connection for tickets for events or sports memorabilia, or again, would like to promote a business and make a gift basket, we would really appreciate your support!

Below please find the contact information for ads and door prizes:
