Every Monday in May Rigatonis restaurant on Chester Pike will make a donation to the OLF CYO for every chicken parm sold. Eat in, take out, lunch or dinner have a fantastic meal and help support our programs at the same time.




The OLA Literary Magazine needs your artistic abilities! Submit your drawings or teachers submit your students drawings to Miss Perone by this Friday, April 24th. Winners will be published as cover/back cover art, runner ups will be published in the Magazine. Also, if you have any written stories, poems, lyrics, or essays--be sure to submit your work by Friday, April 24th! It will have the opportunity to appear in the magazine and be read aloud at an assembly in May. Good luck and thank you for participating!

Tomorrow, Friday March 27th Our Lady of Angels Regional School will be wearing yellow accessories for Seth Lane, known on the Internet as"Bubble Boy". He is a young 5 year old boy who is not able to leave his home or hospital room because of his severe combined immune deficiency.He is a happy little boy despite having so many health concerns. His favorite color is yellow and his favorite television show is Paw Patrol. His surgery is scheduled for March 27th and people around the world are going to #wearyellowforSeth and post their pictures on Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram. The OLA Herald will be coming around to classrooms to take pictures/video of the teachers and students wearing their yellow accessories. Students may wear: yellow earrings, yellow beads/necklaces, yellow ties and bowties, yellow socks, yellow headband, & yellow hair ties. We hope you will help us support this brave little boy!


Special Pretzel is on April 8th; money is due on March 31st. If you paid for a special pretzel on April 1st, you will be credited the following week.



Unfortunately due to the lack of interest, the Easter Pancake Breakfast for this coming Saturday 3/21/15 has been canceled and will not be rescheduled. All monies and forms already received will be returned through school. I apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your support.

2nd Annual Nicole Gallo Sunshine & Bubbles 5K - Sunday, March 29th

Please join us on Sunday, March 29, 2015 at 2PM to remember and celebrate the many ways Nicole Gallo (Prendie '08) touched the lives of those around her and how she continues to inspire our community. Register for our 5K Run/Walk and 1 Mile Kid’s Fun Run today! Participate with your friends, family, or teammates! Cash prizes will be awarded to top race finishers. In addition to the race, our two-day celebration will feature a memorial Mass on Saturday, March 28th at 4:30pm, a special tribute to first responders, and a post-race celebration with food, music, and fun! All event proceeds benefit the Nicole Gallo Sunshine Scholarship administered through Monsignor Bonner & Archbishop Prendergast Catholic High School.

Our daily cleaning service is even taking extra steps to keep our building clean. Reminder: If you are dropping off your child in the car line in the morning, please DO NOT cut through the parking lot. Follow the car line around past the rectory, it is for safety reasons we ask this. Thank you for your cooperation.

If you are parking and walking students to the front of the gym, you must park towards the rectory and walk on the sidewalk to the gym. Please do not cross the car rider line. If you are in the car line, please pull forward as directed.

2. Once there, you should be able to click on any file or website links we have posted.

Also, be sure to check your messages section of Option C for any announcements or important information.


As a reminder... ALL students should arrive to school no later than 8:00 am. The bell rings at 8:00 am.

In addition, our school closing number on KYW is 545 in case of bad weather or emergencies. Thank you!

Parents must call the school by 8:30 am if your child is absent from school. If your child is absent from school for 3 or more days, you must provide a doctor's excuse. A written excuse must be sent in with your child upon their return to school. If your child has a serious illness (ex. step throat), please notify the school ASAP. Thank you!
