Please click on the button at the bottom of the list to your left "Study Guides for Finals". I have posted the school schedule for final exams.  I sent home the Math Study Guide with your child on May 9th. The children will have the week of May 21st and May 28 to study for finals. The last week of formal homework will be May 14th. Good Luck and God Bless.

Scholoastic book orders for the end of the year are due by
May 24.
There is a Summer Books Catalog going home soon. 
I just added many new catalogs to my on line Scholastic website. Summer is just around the corner. It is necessary for children to practice reading each day during their Summer Break. You can find great deals through Scholastic Book Clubs on line. Thank you for your support. I have added many new books and a great TIME game to our classroom.
   
Reader of the Week:  Each Friday one student will read a book he/she has chosen from home to read to the class. The name of the reader will be written on the homework packet each week. The order in which the readers are chosen is in alphabetical order from the class list. 
 
   
Student Supplies needed - 5 pencils, scissors, 24 box crayons.
The decorated pencils destroy my electric sharpener so please do not send
these pencils to school with your child. Thank you.

SSR = sustained silent reading. Everyday after lunch my students are given
          10 minutes to read their library book.
