Your child will be responsible for copying down their homework every morning
into their homework folder. Every morning I will check what they wrote and
they will receive a red star for their homework being copied neatly. Please
check your child's homework folder every night to review their assignments
and sign their homework folder after they have completed everything.
Every Monday and Wednesday, your child will be bringing home math homework
and every Tuesday and Thursday, your child will have spelling homework. We
also ask that your child reads for at least 15 minutes every night. Once or
twice a week they will be bringing home their reading log with a book from
our classroom library to share with you.
