Ms. Chelbus's Fourth Grade Supply List  - The following items are extras that your child 
may add to the list above, but not required.  

To help students prepare for fourth grade the following list 
contains items that are needed the first day of school.



Crayons, markers
1- Black fine point Sharpie
2- 2x2 sticky note pads any color
3 -1 inch, three ring binders - your choice of different colors
1-  blue pen
1 - roll of clear tape


**1 Change purse or wallet labeled with the student's name.  Students buying lunch need 
a secure, pocket size change purse or wallet to hold their lunch money.

Completed H.W.
Reading Log
Reading Assignments
Parent Notices
