2nd Grade News


We started Chapter 12, our final chapter in Math.  The students will not be finishing this chapter.  We will be focusing on the multiplication part of the chapter.

This week the students are reading a story called Cowboys.   They will be working on cause and effect.  They will work on using commas.  Their spelling pattern is the suffixes -ness and -less.  This is our last spelling test and selection quiz!!

When we return after Memorial Day, it will be a week of review for final exams.  I sent home a Religion study guide in the yellow folder last week.  Please review this for the final exam.  I will send home a math study guide this week as well.
