What age should my child be upon entering Preschool?

Your child must be 3 years old by December 31 to enroll in our program. Some
children are ready at 3, some are not. The parent is the best judge.
After spending a few weeks with your child a teacher may recommend you allow
them another year at home. We want their first 'school' experience to be a
positive one!

Is it necessary for my child to be 'potty' trained?

Yes. However, we do allow children to wear 'pull-up' pants to school. The
teacher and the parent will determine together what will be necessary in the
event a child soils his/her clothing.

What will my child learn in your preschool program?

Your child will learn that he/she is a child of God and is loved
unconditionally by Him. Your child will be introduced to age appropriate
Bible stories and songs. Your child will learn about their world and
experience concepts through play, art, music, literature, and social
interaction. Your child will have fun in a safe environment.

How can I know that your program is a quality program?

There are two things we would recommend to parents considering a
preschool/kindergarten program for their child. The first is to make an
appointment to visit a class in session, and then make an appointment to
visit with the teacher and/or principal. The second would be to ask your
neighbors and friends what they have heard or what they know about our school.
