This scholarship is named in honor of Kathleen McCabe, who served as principal of Sacred Heart
School from its opening day in 2002 through 2009.
It is the sincere desire of the Home and School Association that the extraordinary contributions of
Kathleen McCabe to Sacred Heart School always be remembered. Her radiant examples of leadership,

This scholarship program was conceived to provide assistance to children who may be unable to
experience the exceptional educational opportunities available at Sacred Heart School due to
financial circumstances. The original funding for this scholarship, which will be utilized through the

excellence and dedication bestowed upon the students, faculty and families of Sacred Heart by
Kathleen McCabe. The Sacred Heart School Home and School Association will assume the continued
funding of this scholarship grant from that point forward by contributing 10% of all fundraising
monies to this program.
