Registration Information 2008 2009
NOTE: Students must be the age of 3,4,5 or 6 by August 31st in order to be eligible for the appropriate pre-kindergarten, kindergarten or first grade classroom.
The following items are required for registration. Registration will not be complete until all items are presented.
· Registration Packet (available at school)
· Registration Fee
· Immunization/Health Records
· Copy of Birth Certificate
* Social Security Card
· Copy of Baptismal Certificate (unless baptized at Sacred Heart Church)

School Tuition Payment Schedule 2008-2009
Kindergarten through Grade 8
Please read the following:
· There are a total of 9 payments. All tuition payments are due by the 15th of the month. Payment months are April through December.
· Make checks payable to Sacred Heart School. Payments may be made by Visa or Master Card at the rectory office.
· A service fee is charged on all checks returned by your bank for any reason.
REGISTRATION FEE
The materials fee is $175.00 per family and is due at the time of registration. This fee is non-refundable unless the student is not accepted for admission into the school.
TUITION
Payment Plans
Plan A. Payment in full by April 15th
Plan B 9 monthly payments April 15th through Dec. 15th of each month.
*ALL TUITION MUST BE PAID IN FULL BY DECEMBER 31st IN ORDER FOR YOUR CHILD TO BE CONSIDERED FOR ADMISSION FOR THE FOLLOWING YEAR.

*Active Registered Parishioners of Sacred Heart Church:
One Child $2,907.00
Two Children $4,302.00
Three or More Children $5,625.00
(Active Parishioner Parishioner attends mass regularly, supports parish life and contributes at least $600.00 annually to the church.)
Non-Subsidized Catholic Students and Non-Catholic Students
Cost per child $4,005.00
Tuition payments that are two months in arrears will result in your placement on financial probation.
