About The Teacher
I have been teaching second grade at St.Aloysius for 20 years and have enjoyed each day with the children. My husband,Hank,and I have two boys. Brian and Andrew went to St.Al's and then to St. Pius X High School. Brian is a teacher of Health and Physical Education at Pen Argyl High School and Andrew is a dental student at the University of Pittsburgh. You will learn that I am a huge fan of Penn State and love all kinds of sports, especially football, basketball, and baseball. I do like to knit, read, and am currently enjoying beading bracelets. I am looking forward to another school year and believe that St. Al's offers a great educational experience for the students.

Mission
In second grade the students become more independent as they learn to read and follow directions. It is so neat to watch their growth as they master math and reading skills. It is a year of learning the importance of organization that will help them be successful learners. Enjoying school and learning is an important aspect of our classroom.
