Open Application
Browse to Grade Folders and open documents
Create or make changes then save files to Student Folder or Flash Drive
Use formatting features: Bold Underline Italics TAB Fonts Sizes Hidden
Show Formatting Marks
Use Cut Copy Paste and View Toolbars
Insert: Symbols Pictures Sounds Word Art and Clip Art
Format: Bullets Borders Columns and Backgrounds
View and insert: Header and Footer
3) MS Excel
Identify cells rows columns
Input Survey data then create charts using Chart Wizard
4) MS Power Point
Create slide shows and use F5 Run Show Insert New Slides
Format: Slide Design templates downloaded from MS website
Insert: Sounds, Word Art, Clip Art and Slide Transitions and Animations
5) MS Movie Maker
Import: Clips, Create Storyboard, Insert Transitions, titles, credits
