Mrs. Shrader's Kindergarten B

• Next week there will be no school for Kindergarten on Monday 5/28 or Tuesday 5/29 due to Memorial Day and incoming Kindergarten screening.

• Class pictures will be taken on Wednesday this week. We ask your child to wear their regular spring uniform on this day and bring their sneakers in their school bag for gym. We will change their shoes after the picture is taken. No NUT passes will be honored on this day.

• This week is Book Fair week. The children browsed the book fair today (Monday) and will be allowed to return on Wednesday morning to purchase. Any child who would like to purchase as item needs to have their money with them on Wednesday of this week.

• This Friday will be Grandparent’s day. A form is available on the website under weekly communication for information and RSVP. If your child will be going home with their grandparent on this day, be sure to send in a note letting us know.

• We are finished adding new words to our flashcard pack. Please check the website to see if your child has all of the High Frequency Words on flashcards. Over the next few weeks it will mostly be reviewing them with your child. If your child knows a word very well, you can remove it from the pack so they can focus on the words that they still need to practice.
