So what kinds of dogs are Sam and Oakleigh? Are they real or imaginary?

They are my real, live fur-babies!
Sam is a Field Spaniel. They are rare and he is coal black, a
even rarer color. Oakleigh is a Cardigan Welsh Corgi, that is
the kind with a tail. She is white and brindle brown stripes.
Oakleigh is 12 hours older than Sam. They were 6 in June (8th for
Oak, 9th for Sam).

How does Sam decide what to write about?

Well, Sam does a lot of thinking on the sofa. Sometimes he even
goes into the kitchen and sits in his bed all by himself. He has
a Sam's Special Chair where he sits too. If it is a comfortable
place, well, there he is! I guess he likes his comfort when he
having his "Big Thinking Thoughts". He always has a let to say
when I get home. Maybe Oakleigh tells him what she is thinking
about too and then he puts them on the computer. I just wish he
could learn to spell better. He doesn't know how to use Spell
Check.

Does Oakleigh ever write on the computer?

She gets to write only when Sam is busy with something else to
do. Sam doesn't give her much time on the computer. You know,
sometimes little brothers pester their older sisters and Sam is
the Little Brother.

But at home, Oakleigh is the 'vocal' one and she lets everyone
know just what is on her mind. She is the pup who will talk to
you the most in person.

I also like to go to Gettysburg. Anytime.
