Don"t forget that November 19 in high school visitation day. All students
will attend the session at Archbishop Wood High School.
8th grade visitation day to Archbishop Wood will take place on Thursday,
November 19. All students are to be at Archbishop Wood by 9:00 in the
auditorium. The students will follow a schedule which will include visits to
academic departments and an activities bazaar. Lunch will be provided. The
day will conclude by 1:45. Students will need transportation to and from the
high school. They must wear their uniforms and bring a pen or pencil.
Please know that this is a school day and all students must attend the day at
Wood or come to school. I send the names of our students to Wood and they
will let us know if some one does not attend. If your child is sick that day
you must call school and send in an absent note just like any other school
day.
Some parents kindly expressed interest in coming to talk to the students
about how you use Math everyday. We would love to have you come visit.
