The moderators for this program are Sister Rita, Mrs. Morley, and a volunteer Joann Johnson. Joann Johnson has experience as a teacher and assistant principal so she will help immensely in editing the work of the students. She will be an asset to our group, bringing good ideas for our students.  Please sign the bottom and return it through your child.

  My Child, ________________________________, has permission to remain after school on the Tuesdays or alternate days as schedules need adjustment, to work on the school newspaper. (Tuesdays are a change from the schedules of the past years since the moderators have other commitments.)  Each child will take turns in providing drinks or snacks for the group.  The first meeting will be on October 20^th. The next meetings will be November 3rd, 17th, and December 1^st. Our aim is to have the first edition when the report cards are received.

We understand that in order for him to be part of this activity, you as parent will arrange for someone to pick them up at school at 5:00.

 I, ________________________, give my permission for my child to attend this activity. If someone else will pick them up, please send in a note with your child. (If there are arrangements made when you send this in, please write their names below.)

Also if your child is not attending on a scheduled date, please know that they must bring in a note from you.  We have to call you at home or at work if they do not show up and we have not received a note.
