REGISTRATION FOR THE 2009 - 2010 SCHOOL YEAR BEGINS ON JANUARY 25, 2009 FOR 
ALL GRADES.


REQUIREMENTS FOR ADMISSION:

     - Birth Certificate
     - Baptismal Certificate (if not baptized at Saint Pius X Church)
     - Full immunization record given to school prior to September 1, 2009
       Children will not be admitted to school without immunization
       records.
     - Social security card
     - A non-refundable registration fee of $75.00
     - Kindergarten students must be 5 years old by September 1, 2009
     - Pre-K students must be 4 years old by September 1, 2009
               (Four year old Program)
     - Pre-K students must be 3 years old by September 1, 2009 
               (Three year old Program)
     - Moms Morning Out must be 2 years old by September 1, 2009
               (Two year old Program)
