Upcoming Tests
Spelling
Words for test on December 18th:
fun cut rug bus jump
run but hug cup stuff.
Math
We will complete another Math Maintenance this week.
Reading
We will assess Word list #13 on Tuesday December 22nd. The children
will need to know the words, without sounding them out. There will be a few
review words from previous lists.
Writing
The children will be assessed on writing complete sentences this
week. At this point, I will be looking for the sentence to begin with a
capital letter & end with a period , finger spaces between words and that
the sentence makes sense. We have been writing sentences in our journals
each week and the children are doing very well with this.
Handwriting
The children will be assessed on Handwriting next week. I will be
looking for proper letter formation and neatness.
