BLUE CRUE PHOTOS 2009
If anyone would like to share their photos from the season to be added to the
Gallery Page, please email them to me, or drop a CD in the forms box attn:
webmaster. If you include your student's name, I will see that CDs are
returned after images are uploaded.
Also, I have created a page on Shutterfly; the address is http://sgbluecrue.shutterfly.com.
I will be sending an email containing an invitation to join this page for the
purpose of sharing photos from marching band season. If you do not for some
reason receive this email, and would like to be added, please contact the
webmaster via this website.
Another group room is available for parents to view Blue Crue photos. The
address is http://2009bluecrue.snapfish.com/snapfish/otsc=SYE/otsi=CRI. A
group email was sent with the group room code.
CHAPERONE INFORMATION
A copy of the chaperone sign up sheet has been
placed on the bulletin board in the band hallway for you to view dates that
are still in need of chaperones or to verify dates that you may have signed up

Below
you
will find the information on registering for your student account – this will
give you the ability to check and monitor your students account.
Registration
for you and your child is now easy and online! Go to http://www.springgrovemusicboosters.org/SelfEntry.php,
complete, and submit the form. At
this time, registering multiple parents and/or children requires submitting
multiple forms. For that, I apologize. Once you are entered into the database,
you will receive a password via email (if you provided one). The password will
enable access to view your student(s) account balance and fundraiser
participation count. If
you encounter problems, email me with the nature of the issue and I will look
into it.

You may use your
student accounts for music trips, camps, lessons, instrument purchases,
rental, repair, music, music related uniforms, expressions gowns, tuxes,
musical t-shirts, meals related to music events such as musical, band camp,
music trips, senior related items (cap, gown, ring, varsity jacket,
invitations, yearbook, SAT, College applications) and many more items.

Student Withdrawals
Student withdrawal forms now
require a parent signature. This is a new form.

this site (under printable forms).
SPECIAL!....Order
and pay for your 2009 video by Oct. 31, 2009 and deduct $5.00 from your total.

VOLUNTEERS
Making the decision
to volunteer your time and talents to the students of the Spring Grove Area
School District is a very honorable one and a decision with which we hope you
will be pleased.
Board Policy states
that all volunteers working with school children must secure State Police and
Child Abuse History Clearances and may need to have a tuberculosis screening
before initiating volunteer activities.
2008-2009 Volunteer
ID cards were sent to all the volunteers who completed the process and/or
logged hours for the 07-08 school year. If anyone did not receive a card,
please contact Lori Beaner at beanerl@sgasd.org.
Also, all the information and forms you need to apply for clearances can be
found on the district web site.
