If you are traveling to Hawaii, and are planning alternate transportation to the airport(you are not riding the bus with the band) please contact Mr. Dietz immediately.
If you are looking for someone to room with to lower room rates for the trip, please contact Mr. Dietz also. It is imperative that all parents and tag-alongs contact Mr. Dietz with a list of who is rooming together, and proper names for all who will be in that room for travel security purposes. Your airline reservations must be made in the name on your identification to prevent delays at the airport. Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter.
A reminder that student identification will be needed for the airport. Students should carry their student ID card.
Student expenses incurred during the Hawaii trip( ex: meals) may be submitted for student account reimbursement provided a receipt is submitted with the request noting what the expense was, date, etc.

First installment payment for the trip due April 1, 2009-$300 per person.
Second payment due August 1, 2009-$500 per person.
Balance of payment due November 1, 2009.
