SPRING GROVE MUSIC BOOSTERS |
Important Info. |
||
|
Parents With More Than One Student This information pertains to parents that have more than one student participating in the Music Boosters program. We understand the difficulties of selling. If you would like, for any particular fundraiser, you may place all siblings’ names on one fundraising form. Ways and Means will make sure that the money gets divided up into their student accounts. If you want to keep it separate, that is fine too. If you do keep things separate, realize that you only have to write one check for the total. Any questions regarding this may be directed to Joanna Koch. *******************************************************************************************

VOLUNTEERS Making the decision to volunteer your time and talents to the students of the Spring Grove Area School District is a very honorable one and a decision with which we hope you will be pleased. Board Policy states that all volunteers working with school children must secure State Police and Child Abuse History Clearances AND have a tuberculosis screening before initiating volunteer activities. 2008-2009 Volunteer ID cards were sent to all the volunteers who completed the process and/or logged hours for the 07-08 school year. If anyone did not receive a card, please contact Lisa Smith at SMITHL@sgasd.org. Also, all the information and forms you need to apply for clearances can be found on the district web site. Please Note: The Volunteer Log Sheet and the Volunteer Manual are now available to download from this site by going to the "Printable Forms" page or from the District Web Site. **************************************************************************** GENERAL MILLS BOX TOPS FOR EDUCATION
We were originally going to collect these for the Music Boosters and have since found out that we are ineligible to collect on them since General Mills only opens this to grades K - 8. However, if you or anyone you know has box tops that you have been collecting, we will be giving these to the Middle School. This is the only out of school fundraiser they do. There will be containers placed in the band and choral rooms for collection. Thank You!
************************************************************************************* *************************************************************************** NOTICE Make sure all fundraising order forms have the Students names, phone number and grade. We have been receiving a lot of order form with no names. We will not place orders for products unless we have student names.
