NOTICE - Make sure all order forms have the Students names, phone number and grade. We have been receiving a lot of order form with no names. We will not place orders for products unless we have student names.
Attention parents with more than one student – This information pertains to parents that have more than one student participating in the Music Boosters program. We understand the difficulties of selling. If you would like, for any particular fundraiser, you may place all siblings’ names on one fundraising form. Ways and Means will make sure that the money gets divided up into their student accounts. If you want to keep it separate, that is fine too. If you do keep things separate, realize that you only have to write one check for the total.**********************************************************************************\
