VOLUNTEERS Making the decision to volunteer your time and talents to the students of the Spring Grove Area School District is a very honorable one and a decision with which we hope you will be pleased. Board Policy states that all volunteers working with school children must secure State Police and Child Abuse History Clearances and may need to have a tuberculosis screening before initiating volunteer activities. 2008-2009 Volunteer ID cards were sent to all the volunteers who completed the process and/or logged hours for the 07-08 school year. If anyone did not receive a card, please contact Lori Beaner at beanerl@sgasd.org. Also, all the information and forms you need to apply for clearances can be found on the district web site. Please Note: The Volunteer Log Sheet and the Volunteer Manual are now available to download from this site by going to the "Printable Forms" page or from the District Web Site. |
