Dear Parents and Guardians,

On Mondays and Tuesdays I will be offering tutoring in math to the fifth grade students. If your child is eligible and you would like to send him or her, please read the two papers sent home this weekend, and send back the form that is included.  Your child can stay on Monday or Tuesday. (There may be some Mondays or Tuesdays that I will not be able to tutor, but if there is I will notify you about the change.) If you know now, please write the best day on the form.  They are welcome to stay every week, but are not obliged to do so.  Classes will start on Monday, October 12. If you have any questions, please write me a note and I will get back to you.
