1. Dress passes: There are times throughout the year when the children
receive dress passes. This means that the child may come to school dressed in
play clothes. The dress pass needs to be placed in the homework folder on the
day that it is used. Parents choose the day.
2. The children will go home on Monday, Nov. 30 with a notice in the homework
folder indicating the time of the parent-teacher conference. Please let me
know if a change needs to be made. Several students have not returned their
conference sign-up sheets. The following time slots are still available for
Dec. 9: 12:50, 1:20, 1:30, 1:40, 1:50, 2:20, 2:30, 2:40, 2:50, 3:10, 3:20,
3:30, 3:40, 3:50, 4:40, 4:50, 5:00, and 5:10.
3. Thank you very much for the food donations! The cereal boxes were taken to
church this morning when we had our Thanksgiving prayer service. Students
from every grade brought a variety of items for the local food bank. May God
bless you for your kind, generous hearts. I wish everyone a safe, happy
Thanksgiving holiday.
