Pre-K and K
Technology class at this level focuses on appropriate use of all parts of the computer- mouse, keyboard, monitor and tower.
Grades 1-3
Technology use develops more for these grades. They practice keyboarding, and the use of web based and computer based programs to showcase and explain their ideas.
Grades 4 and 5
Students begin to learn the importance of troubleshooting technology problems and working with others to solve problems.
Grade 6-8
At this level, students use technology almost daily in and out of school. Class focuses on digital citizenship and the importance of digital permanence and communication in today's world. Students create and present their ideas using a variety of tools.
