Friday is National Teddy Bear Day.  The children may bring in their 
favorite Teddy Bear if they want. We have a few TEddy Bear activities planned.

Monday     November 9, 2009
    Star Copybook--4 lines of Oo open.
    Heart Copybook--Study words for The Farmer in the Hat.
    Spelling--Study words for A Farmer in the Hat--Long a words..
    Math--Do paper in folder.  Memorize these:  9-1=8, 9-2=7, 9-3=6, 9-4=5.
Since so many children were out last week we are studying the subtraction 
facts of 9 and 10 again this week.
Please have 3 sharpened pencils every day.
Class Trip tomorrow.  Wear Gym uniform and lunch in a paper bag with a 
disposable drink.  Chaperones, please be here by 9:30 AM.

     Share two things you learned on our trip today.
     Math--Memorize these:  9-5=4, 9-6=3, 9-7=2, 9-8=1, 9-9=0.

     Religion--Study Ordinary Time--words underlined on p.86     
     Spelling--Write words 2 times each.  Unit 2 Lesson 2.
     Heart Copybook--Study sentences for A Farmer in the Hat.
     Math--Do paper in folder.
           Memorize these: 10-1=9,  10-2=8,  10-3=7,  10-4=6, 10-5=5.
Gym class tomorrow.
Be sure you have your 3 sharpened pencils every day.

    Star Copybook--Write 4 lines of Pp please.
    Spelling--Test tomorrow on Lesson 2.
    Math--Do paper in folder.
          Memorize these: 10-6-4,  10-7=3,  10-8=2,  10-9=1,  10-10=0.

Library tomorrow.  Remember your book.
