Do I have to sign my child's rubrics?

 Do I have to sign my child's rubrics?
I will require all rubrics to be signed by their parent/guardian, but they 
have until the next computer class to get that signed.  They will have a full 
six day rotation to send them back signed.

 What is the policy if the rubric is not signed in the alloted time frame?
If a student doesn't have their rubric signed in the appropriate time, they 
will have a detention either at lunch or after school with me in the lab.

 What is the scoring for computers?
The grades on the report card are a 4,3,2,1.  Only the children from grade 4-
8 will be getting a grade on their report card.

 Do I have to meet with all parents for conferences?
I don't need to see any parents unless I send a request home to meet or you 
request to meet with me concerning your child's work.  I would be willing to 
email, or do a phone conference if time is a concern.
