I received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Elementary Education from Saint
Joseph's University and have also taken graduate courses at Philadelphia
University and Immaculata College. I have been an educator in the
Archdiocese of Philadelphia for thirty-four (34) years. I taught First and
Second Grade for nine (9) years, and for the past twenty-five (25) years,
my focus has been at the Kindergarten level. I find the innocence of the
children at this age and their enthusiasm for learning most appealing. This
is my ninth year at St. Christopher School.
My goal is to instill in the children an enthusiasm for learning, to
make their Kindergarten experience a happy and rewarding one, and to prepare
them for First Grade by providing them with a solid foundation in ILA and
Math.
