Learning Support Program

The elementary learning support programs are designed to help students who
have a diagnosed specific learning disability in the areas of listening,
thinking, speaking, reading, writing, spelling, and math calculations.
Children who participate in elementary learning support programs at these
schools are "mainstreamed" (put in a regular class) for all subjects except
reading and math. Specialized learning support teachers help students to
learn strategies to help them succeed in all subject areas, and provide any
accommodations students need.
