Parables 11/13/09
*stories told by Jesus to teach us about the
kingdom of God
Example:
Next, we found the page at the beginning of our Bible that lists
all of the Parables and where they are found. Each student used the
next 10 minutes of class to read whatever parables they wanted to
read. At the end of the 10 minutes, they chose their favorite
parable and wrote the book, chapter, and verses after the word
Example. On the next line, they wrote the title of the story. Then,
they wrote 2 or 3 sentences to summarize the story and the lesson.
Finally, they drew an illustration to go with their parable.
