**The children can, also, play "Math 24" on the computer any time! Please
click on "Links" on my Teacher Web to play. The children know their password.
This will help reinforce their math facts!!! This is something that they do
in computer class as well.
FYI: Reminder, we are now wearing the winter uniform. Please, check the
school handbook to be sure your uniform is in compliance (ex. jumper is long
enough, slacks are not too short, belt is on, etc.). There are still uniforms
available, if you find your child has grown. Just send in a note or call the
office and we will see if school can give you the size you need.

Tomorrow, we have gym class!
***HELP***
If anyone has a puzzle with very small pieces (for a 500 or 1,000 piece
puzzle) and some of the pieces are lost or you just don't like the puzzle, I
have a way to reuse it. Please send any unwanted puzzles to school with your
child tomorrow or Monday and we will reuse them creatively. THANK YOU!!
Religion: Do your Advent activity.
Work on your K4J mission.
Math: Study your facts. (Also, continue to practice telling time, figuring
out elapsed time, counting money and figuring out change)
Finish workbook p.11. Be sure to draw your picture on the construction
paper I gave you.
Reading: Read your chapter book.
Enjoy a Christmas story.
English: If I gave you an envelope today, then you need to return it with a
stamp or $.44 to buy a stamp from me.
Finish the possessive nouns worksheet we started in class.
Spelling: Study the 20 words for chapter 15 (14 list words + 4 challenge
words + Christmas & January).

Please bring to school a self-addressed, stamped envelope
(the long skinny letter type).

English: If you didn't finish your Haiku poem during class, you must complete
it for homework.
Write down your brainstorming ideas for things you want to tell
Santa about you. (Ex. age, school, city where you live, weather you
have been trying to be good, any pets, etc.)
Spelling: Study the 20 words for chapter 14 (14 list words + 4 challenge
words + Wednesday & December).
Do p.70 following the directions that we highlighted together.
