About The Teacher
Mrs. Brannigan has a B.S. in Elementary Education from the University of Dayton. She received her Instructional II certification from the state of PA in 1996 and is continuing her professional development yearly. She has 17 years teaching experience. This is her 15th year at Saint Margaret of Scotland School.

Mission
The Classroom Discipline Plan that was sent home in the fall of 2009 is in place so that each student has the opportunity to manage his/her own behavior. LATE HOMEWORK POLICY (SCHOOL-WIDE): If a student does not hand in a homework assignment on time, he earns a 0% (E) for the assignment. If it is turned in one day late, he will receive 50% of the earned grade. This policy does not apply to absence due to illness.
