Our Advent journey “Do You See What I See?” continues this week with what role the “Drummer Boy” played in the story of the Birth of Jesus. We will discuss how his role symbolizes “our” individual gifts to Jesus as we continue to travel closer to Christmas.
We will also collect children’s books to be sent to Children’s Hospital.
Congratulations to Mrs. Adrianne Shifter and her husband Jeff on the birth of their son John Paul! Mrs. Shifter teaches third grade at the school. All are doing great and Christmas should be an exciting time at their house this year!
Our annual Advent program will be on Friday at 1:00PM in the church. All students in grades Pre-school to 8 will perform. This is a wonderful way to celebrate the joys of the season!
