I have been married to my husband Alex for thirty years, and together
we have raised four children. Mary Kate is a patent examiner living in
D.C.; Eric is a recent graduate of The University of Delaware and is
employed by IBM; Matt has graduated from King's College in
Wilksbarre and is a research biologist for Merk; and Tim is in his freshmen
year at Virginia Tech studying engineering. This will be my eighth year
teaching at St. Max, and my seventh year teaching in the sixth
grade. It has been such a rewarding and distinct privelege to be here.
Thank you for giving me the opportunity to get to know you and your
children.
Your child will grow in all ways this year -- academically, physically,
emotionally, psychologically and spiritually. In the 6th grade we strive to
teach the whole child through our own example. It is our sincere hope that
your child sees us modeling Christ-like behavior and it inspires them to do
the same.
