St. Maximilian Kolbe Parish School is a Christ- centered Catholic community called to model Jesus’ Law of Love. The school endeavors to educate the whole child: spiritually, intellectually, socially, emotionally and physically. A varied and challenging academic curriculum is balanced with a strong commitment to service. By actively living the Gospels, students develop Christian values which serve as the foundation for good choices in later years. Through the guidance of the Holy Spirit and with parental support, the administration and faculty strive to nurture students to grow in grace and to make a positive impact on society.

St. Max will be closed tomorrow 2/10/10 due to weather conditions. Kindergarten Registration is canceled for Wed. 2/10 and Thur. 2/11. It is rescheduled for Friday 2/12 at 9:00. If school is closed on Friday, it will be rescheduled for next week.

Welcome to St. Maximilian Kolbe School! For those who are reading this note for the first time, I welcome you to the school weekly newsletter. Each day describes a brief schedule of events. You may find more information on each teacher’s web page. For information regarding registration for school, call Mrs. Joanne Verna, Administrative Assistant, at the school number 610-399-8400. She is always happy to give a tour of the school and the facilities here.

Cole Hamels comes to St. Max View pictures of our winning day with Cole Hamels We were very fortunate to have the winning essay for the I pitch for dairy contest. One of our students, wrote the essay and the winning prize was to have Cole Hamels of the Philadelphia Phillies come to our school and speak to the children about the importance of drinking milk.
