No, we will be using them as erasers for the whiteboards.

Will my child receive a grade for the summer math packet?

Yes, your child will receive 2 grades--one grade for the 
completion of the 
packet, and a second grade on a test that will be given to all 
students 
within the first two weeks of school.  Students will be tested on 
the topics 
reviewed in the summer math packet.

Should the Math Rubric be returned with the summer math packet?

Yes, the rubric should be returned with the summer math packet 
during the first week of school. Please be sure that both the 
rubric and packet are labeled with your child's name and grade.
