Homework is assigned as reinforcement for skills presented and practiced in class. These assignments are given daily, Monday through Friday. Students are asked to write the assignments in an assignment book; they are also written down on a clipboard in the math room and are available to the students who may have been absent on a particular day. All students are expected to complete both written and study homework on a daily basis. Homework is used as a form of assessment and is part of the final math grade. Test folders are sent home on a regular basis. The students are required to make any corrections necessary and then all assessments must be signed by a parent. This process allows you to follow your child's progress.
