Hi,
Math 8 When you return from Turkey Day vacation, we will begin Chapter 4
which begins with factor trees.
Religion 8 - We will finish the study of the 4 marks of the church and begin
to get into the study of the History of the Catholic Church. The early
Christians had it difficult, but drew on their great faith from the Apostles.
Rel. 7 We will have a test on the Parables, and then begin to study the
Miracles of Christ. These were the important signs to many that Jesus was
truly God. The people needed to "see". We have the faith!
Each Religion class will have some saints or feastdays to research each
week. I will list them here on Teacher Web as well as post them in the
classroom. You will receive a rubric to put into your Religion copybook where
you record the information. You should include the following as information:
The time of the saint or occurrence.
Why the person/event is important, what is the date of his/her feast?
We will begin the saints again when the 2nd Trimester begins.
