Procedure for Submission of Entries

Submission of the author’s work will be made electronically in Microsoft 
Word (.doc) format attached to an  email addressed to: 
writingknights@gmail.com 

Submission of the entry should contain the Title of the Work, Author's Name, 
Grade, and Homeroom (i.e. Reflections on Why Pencil Erasers Always Wear Down 
Before The Graphite Is Depleted, by John Doe, Grade 5A). 

In the event that an author does not have access to Microsoft Word, 
alternate arrangements for editing may be made by contacting a member of the 
Writing Knights Editorial Staff (listed on the Writing Knights homepage 
under "The Editorial Staff" tab).

Submissions will be reviewed for spelling, grammar, and need for additional 
detail by a member of our volunteer editorial staff.

Editorial comment on each submission will be forwarded back to the author
(ideally within 5 calendar days).  Incorporation of the editorial comments 
should be made by the author and the work should be re-submitted as final 
copy.

Artwork submission may be made as scanned image (in Adobe .pdf format) or 
digital photograph attached to an  email addressed to: 
writingknights@gmail.com   

Alternatively, artwork may be submitted as a hard copy to a member of the 
Writing Knights Editorial Staff (listed on the Writing Knights homepage 
under "The Editorial Staff" tab).
