This is my 3rd year at St. Thomas the Apostle School. It is my 2nd year
teaching ILA and Religion to the 6th grade. Prior to those years, I have
taught 1st grade at St. Thomas the Apostle School. Also, I taught 2nd grade
and 4th grade at St. Charles Borromeo School many years ago.
I earned my Bachelor of Science Degree in Education from Cabrini
College and my Masters of Education from Widener University. My areas of
certification are Early Childhood Education, Elementary
Education and English.
Many of my summers have been spent working at Lake Naomi Club in the Poconos
in camp. I have worked with ages 3-13 there.
I have 3 great kids: Meghan is 14, Joey is 12 and Danny is 8. They attend
schools in the West Chester School District.
My mission for my students is for them to always try their best. You cannot
succeed if you don't at least put your best effort forward. My main goals
for all of my students are for them to gain an appreciation for all different
genres of writing and to acquire an increased interest in reading. Reading
is the key to the future!!
